Absence From a Tutoring Lesson

If your child is unable to attend their scheduled tutoring lesson, you need to let Optimise Learning know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the missed lesson. Email us at [email protected] or text 0481 094 421 detailing your child’s name, the date and the time of their scheduled lesson.

Please note if you cancel a scheduled tutoring lesson:
More than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, you can reschedule your lesson for a different time prior to your next lesson.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or if your child fails to arrive for a lesson, you will not be entitled to a refund for that lesson or a rescheduled lesson.

Absence From a Workshop

If your child is unable to attend their scheduled workshop or if they fail to arrive for a workshop, you will not be entitled to a refund for that workshop or be able to reschedule the workshop.
